![]() ![]() We can sometimes fool people with our intentions, but never the Father. In the Gospel of Luke, we learn that our omnipotent God knows our hearts. When our intentions are to serve God or others, it proves truly heart-warming for us. ![]() I believe it is always good to ask the person in the mirror if our hearts are truly pure in whatever daily task we pursue. In the greatest sermon ever delivered, Jesus taught “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” Whether in sports, school, jobs, families, or everyday life, we all need “miles and miles of heart” - just like the Senators sang in Damn Yankees.Įven more important, we are directed by our Lord and Savior to follow him with full-purpose of heart. Hearts in all shapes and sizes cover cards, notes, cookies, clothing, and other ornamentations. In the following away game, a skinny forward named Thurl Bailey hit a jump shot during the final minute that propelled the Jazz to victory.
